She’s silly and smart and determined to slay by any means necessary; including sneaking her mom’s red lipstick to school (as if no one would notice an 8 yr old with bright red lips LOL) She’s got some nerve, but let me tell you...

I am sis. Sis is me. And not much has changed!
I’ve always been drawn to artsy and creative activities. I love music, crafts, reading, writing and, of course, all things beauty. Eventually though, my focus shifted to math and science and pushed all of that to the back burner. Art was always just a hobby, and I “had to focus on my future.” That focus was definitely worthwhile; I ended up with a full ride to Purdue University. I graduated in 2012 with a degree in Biology. BOILER UP!
Fast forward to 2013, when I moved to a city where I knew literally NO ONE. Talk about free time. I decided to use that time to do things that brought me joy and to learn to enjoy life on my own. First up: learn how to do makeup. I decided that I needed and deserved to feel soft, stunning, catered-to… all of the things we tend to lose sight of. I owed it to myself to be those things on my own, outside of my connection to anyone else.
For a few years, I shared my progress via lifestyle and beauty blogging on another platform. When I started to celebrate my own beauty (and got pretty good with a makeup brush), other women took note! I ended up taking an unexpected year break from blogging and focused on myself: my art, my career, my self-care and just enjoying life again.
In 2021, I decided to commit myself to this #beautybestie life and go back to school for my Esthetician’s License. Just 750 hours and a few #estiebesties later, it’s go time! So here I am going all in. No excuses, no nonsense; just doing the things. I’m sharing my talent, love and light with the world, and I really hope that you’ll come along with me on this journey! I’m insanely grateful for you trusting me as your #beautybestie. We’ll navigate this space together and get you slaying in no time!
